Congratulations to Derek Fellig and Kathryn Hanako Fuji  on their upcoming wedding. The band will have the honor of providing the musical entertainment following the ceremony with a guest appearance by Jack Krupka .

Its Kellis' birthday celebration today! Its a little early that always makes for a good surprise. We all know how shy, reserved, and "in the background" she can be (?) Lets help her celebrate tonight!

A surprise birthday party for Sherry last Saturday went off almost perfectly (Thanks Frank...Just kidding)and the thoughtfullness and generosity of everyone was appreciated. Debbie, Kelly and Lydia..You guys are the greatest!

Many of you know Carol T....Whenever you see a flash going off at a Roadshow gig, Carol is usually behind the light. Our thanks once again for the great photos from Halloween. A great job as always!!!!!

The cancer benefit for Donna Guasta was a great success. Grasslake landings was packed all day long while all sorts of raffles, an auction, food ,drinks and great nusic all day long. Many thanks to everyone that helped make this benefit a sucess including Mike and Judy from Grass lake landing, Jack and Lydia from the J&L club, Rick and Suzy from the Harbour pub, The White Saddle Band, Jack and his "Band of Renowed", Kapp and Krew, The Roadshow band, Kelli, Sherry, Jody, Frank, and many others who sold raffle tickets, decrorated etc but most of all , to Debbie Fellig, the inspiration and driving force behind this event. Without her, none of this would have been possible.

On November 15th, the Roadshow band will be playing at GrassLake Landing in a benefit to help Donna Guasta. Donna lost her her job in December 2008 and was diagnosed with lung cancer in January 2009. Sher underwent surgery and followup treatment for the lung cancer through August 2009. Tragically, she has now been diagnosed with breast cancer and is in need of surgery to remove the tumors followed by radiation and chemotherapy. Her Cobra inssurance has runout and she has no means of paying for the surgey or treatments she needs to save her life. Donna needs your help and support. After being so sick for her birthday party earlier on the month, we can tell you that "Judy P is back" . Doing her finest "air guitar" Saturday night, she showcased her previously unknown vocal talents with a personalized rendition of Mustang Sally. Judy, if Mike ever decides to "pack it in" your tops on our list for auditions!

Out of the blue, the rhythm guitar/lead singer of "The Runaways" my highschool/college band, showed up at our TOC gig with press photos of the old band, newspaper clippings, "battle of the bands" pix, flyers from local high schools and colleges etc. What a surprise. As it turns out, several weeks earlier, another singer/guitar player from "The Runaways" that I had lost track of when he went away to college, found our website and contacted me via email. Now with NASA and Program Director for the Deep space program, Barry or, more properly, Dr. Barry and George still play and write. It would be great to "Get the band back together" one day to jam........
